YTEC hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site only for your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself. This authorizes you to view the material on the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Your use of the Site is a privilege. YTEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion. 4.3 License to Use by Users who are employers.
