Fact:
The Yukon is a great place to raise a family. Children and young people can participate in a full range of team sports and take lessons in everything from ballet to tae kwon do.

The Yukon is one of the last frontiers where you can view wildlife in its natural habitat. The territory is home to seven species of large mammals including North America’s largest population of grizzly bears and Dall sheep. The territory is also home to wolves, mountain goats, black bears, moose, elk and caribou, plus a host of small mammals.
